What does Dracula, Hawaii, unexpected breakups, and new romance have in common? One very funny romantic comedy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall. This 2008 rom-com, complete with a hilarious cast of characters and gorgeous scenery, is about the break-up between Peter (Jason Segel) and his famous television star girlfriend Sarah (Kristen Bell). When Sarah breaks up with Peter, he takes a vacation to Hawaii to heal. Unbeknownst to him, Sarah and her new boyfriend are also taking a trip to Hawaii and staying at the same resort. Cue hilarity and a rollercoaster of emotions. 

In this Forget Me Not, Sarah Marshall cocktail, the flavors of rum, grapefruit, and Elderflower liqueur are each distinguishable: the rum hits first, followed by the sweetness of the Elderflower, and finishes with a zing of grapefruit. The pineapple is initially subtle, but over the course of drinking this cocktail, its fruitiness comes to the forefront. Ultimately, the flavors meld together into a smooth and tropical sip.
